Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Assess and manage the incoming material QA Group to ensure the quality of incoming material.
∎ Assist and Support QM and manage the in process QA Group to ensure effective inline quality control.
∎ To Assess and manage the quality data person review quality KPI To ensure quality process control and resolve problems in time.
∎ To ensure the quality management system to run effectively and guarantee product quality.
∎ To analyze and handle Customer complaints and provide solution and improvement.
∎ Attend customer RQS meeting, improve the quality management system to meat customer's requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ At least 03 years experience in similar position at reputed Garments.
∎ Must be computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet Explorer, E-mail).
∎ Must have good command verbal & written communication skill in both English & Bengali.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
