• B. Sc in Civil Engineering from government institute only.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• At least 5 years’ Experience in project handling

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent understand and ability to 2D Drawing

Job Context

This is a full-time position. We are looking for individuals that have the ability to work with Government Project. Please read carefully before applying for this position

Job Description/Responsibility

• Billing, Bill checking, estimation, preparing budget of projects.
• Appoint and Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to management.
• Managing, Supervision and Contract Administration of all Civil Related works under the guidance of the Project Management team.
• Scheduling, checking and monitoring of works at projects.
• Coordination between various disciplines of work and ensuring timely completion of civil works.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
• Inspect and ensure the quality of Pile work as per project specifications and standards.
• Oversee and manage building finishing work, including plastering, painting, tiling, and other decorative elements.
• Identify and resolve issues related to finishing work in a timely manner. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Willing to work & travel anywhere in Bangladesh as per Company requirement.
