Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sure to attend to PP Meetings regularly.
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the production unit
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man & machine to yield higher productivity;
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices;
∎ Monitor operational performance to improve the existing performance and efficiency of the production operatives and processes.
∎ Implement modern production techniques to minimize the WIP and various other wastage.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, and extra hour work.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Supervise and manage the overall aspects of the Cutting, Sewing and Finishing department (Style closing, finishing alteration, Cutting defects & DHU% control).
∎ Take the ownership and supervise the Factory production to achieve the goal and accomplishing the production target in time.
∎ Supervise the production plans on regular basis and implement to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment and need to make sure the cut to ship 102%.
∎ Ensure that the production plans are properly executed and reach the target set by the company. (make sure the bk to bk feeding without any gap’s in between new and running style’s)
