∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare Production plan for the lines (manpower, machine and styles) and giving instruction to the line supervisors.
∎ To manage technical and proper production line of Knit Garments.
∎ To follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
∎ To Analyze line performance based on work efficiency, man to machine ratio and cost/pieces and plan for continuous improvement.
∎ To Analyze quality data and discussion with other team members.
∎ To perform other production related duties and responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Have working experience in a reputed factory with handle major buyers like Puma, M&S, s.Oliver, H & M & Toray.
∎ Should have strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire workers team and staff.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
∎ Work in a Knit Garments factory will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
