Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/M.Com/Masters in any discipline (Educational Experience may be relaxed in case of candidate with extraordinary experience)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have clear knowledge and practical experience about Exp, IP, EP, CO, B/L and other documents related with commercial responsibilities. Should have knowledge about Customs law and regulations about Import & Export, Customs Audit and be capable to negotiate with Customs bond department. Should have experience in the field of Export & Import through L/C & T/T, Freight Forwarding and worldwide Inco terms.
∎ Must be prepare & issue UP From Bond customs.
∎ Perform all the bond-related works proficiently and independently.
∎ Maintain and update all license of company and follow-up bond office.
∎ Receive any kind of certificate, NOC and to release indemnity bond.
∎ Update and maintain Bond Register.
∎ Work independently with BIDA, BERC, Explosive, CCI&E, BGAPMEA.
∎ Submit monthly vat return.
∎ Maintain good relation with all government institutions.
∎ Prepare yearly import/export customs statement.
∎ Independently responsible for the letter of credit review of import and export related documents, including procurement contracts, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with sales teams, CS, production tracking personnel, customers, and freight forwarders in all aspects throughout the entire process;
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Management.
