Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects component of the Falgu Argo farm, land areas and put up a detail plan for Agriculture, livestock projects.
∎ Handling the marketing and sale of products produced in the farm Agriculture products.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of Agriculture.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in agricultural science.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.
