Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do the Pre-costing and post costing of the product.
∎ To Calculate and Execute Demand for Raw Materials requirement for product sampling.
∎ To get the PP sample approval from Buyer to start production with perfect styling, sizing, measurement, color, weight & etc.
∎ Send the Shipment sample to Buyer before shipment.
∎ Develop sample (Depending on Buyer's Requirement/Specification) for existing & new buyer.
∎ Develop Range sample with varieties styles, types, qualities, yarn & color.
∎ Develop the layout & quality of accessories and packaging items with suppliers by following buyer instruction.
∎ To get the sample approval from buyer for accessories & packaging items.
∎ To visit and check the vendor facility and the production capacity to meet our quality and delivery requirements.
∎ To make & float QC file including samples, specs sheet and accessories details according to customer requirements.
∎ To maintain sample/development Logs sheet customers wise/style wise/article wise/size wise with all related details.
∎ Follow-up for development samples, artwork approvals.
∎ Responsible for overall merchandising activities to run the Company.
∎ Work closely with QA/ QC to ensure best product.
∎ Review Production Files
∎ Conduct PP meeting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill in English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.
∎ Focused and detail oriented.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should have continues learning mind set.
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently
