Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced full-stack Digital Marketing Specialist, who is able to increase our website traffic and maximize the sales environment.
∎ Digital Marketing Specialist supports implementing promotional campaigns and optimizing assets across all seven digital media channels: Content Marketing, SEO, Search Engine Marketing/Pay-per-Click, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Advertising, and Affiliate marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing the current market trend, competitor's movement, and behavior of the online customer.
∎ In-depth analysis and profiling of different customer segments & their behavior patterns submission of the report to the company on a weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Understanding the customer segments, targeting them, and analyzing, designing the sales funnel in a timely manner.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, and conducts online advertising.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote products or services.
∎ Having new ideas to create Banners, Images, Video clips, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media and Email Marketing.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update company website, Create and manage link-building strategies, content marketing strategies. Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaigns, including good Graphics Designing and Video Making Knowledge.
∎ Managing cross-functionally with internal and external teams/agencies to ensure and deliver output-based campaigns to increase the sale growth, and establish a strong brand position.
∎ Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display).
∎ Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms (Facebook, youtube, email, search engines, playstore/appstore, news portals, etc.).
∎ Research the trendy keywords, hashtags to set up on the websites, apps, youtube, facebook, and other platforms.
∎ Set up conversion, pixel, tag manager, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms.
∎ Planning, designing, developing, and managing the SEO campaigns to generate massive leads to support the sales team.
∎ Uses of Google Analytics and digital media platforms to identify areas to optimize digital marketing strategies, audiences, and creativity.
∎ Sustain a close working relationship with digital media agencies and utilize project management skills to delegate and provide feedback across multiple projects.
∎ Forecast target, budget, and spend accordingly to achieve it as well as optimize the advertising cost.
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize budget spent and analyze performance based on the insights.
∎ Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
∎ Ensure that the proper brand positioning and exposing the brand signal across the tech community and with the potential customers.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
∎ Plan & design a self-performance appraisal system to ensure result-driven accountability to the management..
∎ Data & result-driven performance evaluation reporting are highly appreciated by the management on a monthly basis.
∎ Presenting the upcoming monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan to get approval from the management on a monthly basis.
