Responsibilities & Context:
The Client Relationship Executive will be responsible for communicating with prospective clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting real estate sales activities. The role involves explaining flat details, pricing, and payment options to clients, handling leads, conducting regular follow-ups, and assisting in closing sales.
The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team, handle inquiries from social media and other channels, attend site visits when required, and participate in promotional activities including Reels and content shoots. This is a full-time, client-facing role based at the Gulshan-1 office, suitable for confident and presentable individuals with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
