Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Must have at least three (3) years of proven working experience as a Marketing Manager in a recruitment company
Manage, control, and supervise the company’s visa sales activities to ensure business growth
Develop, onboard, and manage new agents to expand and strengthen the agent network
Possess strong knowledge of visa rules, processes, and required documentation for different countries
Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with existing and new agents
Work closely with the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets and company goals
Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and weekly marketing reports to the management
