• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in offset printing / trims / accessories industry.

• Strong network in garments & buying house sector

• Proven record of closing deals, not just follow-ups

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and aggressive in sales

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Key Objective

We are looking for a strong, result-oriented sales professional who can seal orders, utilize full production capacity, and bring regular offset printing business from garments, buying houses, and brands.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business for offset printing items (labels, hangtags, packaging, stickers, inserts, etc.)

• Maintain and grow relationships with garments factories, buying houses & brands

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Coordinate with production, costing, and merchandising teams to ensure smooth order execution

• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures

• Market company capability to maximize full capacity utilization

• Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing
