• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline

• Candidates with retail operation experience will get preference

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail operations or sales supervision

• Experience in branded retail outlets will be an added advantage

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good communication and negotiation ability

• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting)

Position Overview:

Express Leather Products Limited, the exclusive representative of Lotto Sport Italia and Lee Cooper London in Bangladesh, seeks a dynamic professional for its sales Department to drive market visits, strengthen retail networks, and support business growth.

• Supervise and maintain assigned retail outlets to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure sales growth and achieve monthly/annual sales targets

• Manage, motivate, and monitor sales staff performance

• Ensure proper visual merchandising and brand compliance in outlets

• Handle outside nuisance issues and maintain discipline around outlets

• Ensure all regulatory and compliance-related matters are properly maintained

• Visit outlets regularly and submit performance and market reports

• Search, evaluate and propose new outlet locations

• Coordinate with Head Office regarding operational issues and improvements

• Any other assignment is assigned on a time-to-time basis
