∎ Age 28 to 42 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To assist supervisor to establish HR Division as business partner by developing and implementing HR strategies through aligning business objectives with employees and management in different divisions/sections of the business units.
∎ To prepare categorical annual work plan of HR Division covering developmental as well as operational issues.
∎ To prepare yearly HR budget with the aim of best possible utilization of resources.
∎ To develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they meet legal requirements.
∎ To Develop and implement programs to attract (through proper recruitment strategies), develop, and retain talents.
∎ To plan and facilitate Learning & Sharing programs by designing yearly training calendar in accordance with the approved budget.
∎ To ensure effective recruitment and selection process including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and placing.
∎ To design & develop KPI based on departmental KRA to measure performance as well as measure how much departments and employees are aligned to objectives of organization.
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date performance records of employee performance evaluations to score departmental as well as individual KPI to ensure effective & objective oriented operations and implementing corrective actions.
∎ To coordinate and conduct annual performance appraisal of all employees maintaining proper appraisal process.
∎ To administer employee compensation and benefits programs by processing payroll, tracking employee leave and attendance, and managing employee benefits enrollments and changes in accordance with the regulations, policies and procedures.
∎ To Ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing compensation and benefit by accurate and timely payment of salaries.
∎ To establish a culture of allowing employees to voice out their difficulties and pain points in their work area to ensure an ethically sound working atmosphere to achieve desired objective.
∎ To develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy by preparing a list of Employee Engagement activities.
∎ To Assist Supervisor in developing rules, policies and procedures and implementation on HR Management.
∎ To maintain job specifications, job descriptions, organizational charts and job classification systems.
∎ To Manage employee disciplinary processes and investigations in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ To maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
∎ To Ensure the organization is in compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
∎ To Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
∎ To Ensure all office operations adhere to legal requirements by maintaining and overseeing document control like contracts, records and licenses.
∎ To oversee day-to-day office management systems, equipment, supplies and processes for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
∎ To coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services by ensuring optimal management and maintenance of facilities.
∎ To coordinate with vendors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance for overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of office infrastructure.
∎ To negotiate contracts with suppliers for services such as cleaning, security, etc. by ensuring cost-effective procurement of office supplies and services.
∎ To prepare and manage periodic budget related to administrative expenses by monitoring expenses and by ensuring cost-effective operations.
∎ To Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
∎ To Manage travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event coordination.
∎ To Manage guest of the organization by front-desk operations.
∎ To control the inventory of office supplies.
∎ The Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive of HR & Admin is responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative operations while managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment & selection, onboarding new employees, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefit by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures, managing talent, succession planning. The role ensures smooth office functioning and the effective management of human resources with compliance to support organizational objectives.
