Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 42 years

- 2–5 years of practical experience in LC management, import operations, or supply chain in a trading/manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures, customs regulations, shipping terms (Incoterms), and international trade laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital reporting tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full process of Letter of Credit (L/C) including PI collection, application preparation, amendments, and timely payment coordination.
- Liaise with banks, insurance companies, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth financial and logistical transactions.
- Prepare and verify all import-related documents to ensure compliance with L/C terms and customs regulations.
- Coordinate with C&F agents for timely customs clearance and delivery of goods.
- Develop shipment schedules, negotiate freight rates, and monitor supplier readiness.
- Track the movement of imported goods from port to warehouse/plant ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Maintain accurate data, reports, and compliance records for audits and management review.
- Establish effective communication with suppliers, buyers, insurance firms, and internal departments to ensure a seamless supply chain flow.
