Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration from any well reputed public and private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brokerage House, Merchant Bank
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage day-to-day trading activities, buy/sale of shares and complete required paper works.
∎ Ensure annual business target or objectives and identify potential trading strategies & offer ideas to increase new clientele.
∎ New client's acquisition and achieve brokerage targets.
∎ Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Complying with all rules and regulations of BSEC, DSE, CDBL and the company.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have adequate client base.
∎ Must have sound knowledge regarding trading rules & other concern regulatory in the capital market i.e., DSE, CSE, CDBL, BSEC, BB etc.
∎ Must have knowledge on trading terminal and back-office of brokerage firm.
∎ Basic IT skills with strong command over MS Office specially MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Strong communication and presentable skills.
∎ The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
∎ Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
Salary: Negotiable
