Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily sales Report and monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Achieve Company objectives along with Dealer & retail coverage, territory volume and value target through Company sales force, distributors monitoring and ensuring lifting according to plan.
∎ Set sales target for the assigned area; Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team, Taking responsibilities of timely Credit realization.
∎ Identify untapped market and set strategy to grab the market.
∎ Gap analysis and taking corrective action to overcome the challenges.
∎ Identify new distributors, dealers in assigned area; Create Strong Distribution Channel; Motivate the Distributors & Sales personal; Ensure highest level of Customer Service.
∎ Maintain Continuous connection with dealers and your retailers.
∎ Train and develop sales team and resolve the problems faced by team members.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ Seek and continuously develop own product knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this relevant department in the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 06 (Six) Years of experience is required. Experience in Cement will be given preference
