B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.

• Ensure RSC, NIRAPON & other compliance with relevant codes, standards and regulations.

• Ability to work effectively with senior management and all other levels in the factory.

• Independent, positive, can-do attitude and result oriented.

• Auto CAD Design & skillful with SLD, LPS, HT/LT, ACB/VCB, ELD

• Ensure routine and preventive maintenance of sub-station, generators, boilers, compressors, HVAC, water pump, lift and entire electrical system.

• Ensure all mechanics regarding operation & repairing of all types sewing & non-sewing machines within a short time & effectively with minimum production loss.

• Ensure preventive & break down maintenance of all machine of (Sewing, Cutting, Finishing) section.

• Follow-up, monitor, correction & skilled with RSC, NIRAPON or any technical audit and responsible for entire electrical activities

• Plan, prepare & responsibility of 26 sewing line all type of electrical maintenance (Breakdown, Preventive, TPM etc.)

• Plan, prepare & ensure checklist, SOP, training for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.

• Responsible for keeping spare parts consumption record & monitoring in connection with store/central inventory.

• Arrange providing technical support for all equipment to ensure proper functioning and protection against equipment failure.

• Plan, prepare & ensure all required documents, reports, SOP, checklist, training module, registrar, file record, vendor/supplier reports/record etc.

• Supervise and monitor the electrical-utility staff, also team work with another sections & department. Follow up related JD, KPI, Organogram & HR activities.

• Ensure & fulfill demand of various auditor & buyer as per compliance standards.

• Others as per management decision & requirement.
