∎ Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance Diploma/Course from any reputed institute will be given preference.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience on WRAP, SCS/C-TPAT, SEDEX, ETI, FLA, BSCI & EU, UK & USA buyers Compliance requirements
∎ Assist to lead and administrate all types of Buyer's/ Social & Environmental Compliance Audit & organize the factory.
∎ Assist to develop compliance policy, procedures & guidelines in accordance with labor laws, local laws & regulations and ensure its implementations.
∎ Maintain liaison with Buyers, Compliance Auditor/Third Party Auditors like Accord, Alliance etc.
∎ Assist to ensure Social Compliance Audit like WARP, SEDEX and Technical Audit like building safety audit, fair safety audit.
∎ Arrange various training session to meet the compliance requirement.
∎ Assist to prepared the CAP against buyer audit report with the help of Business unit HR team and send that CAP to the auditors and buyers and doing continuous follow up, encourage factories Management to complete the CAP.
∎ Check the workers personal file, maternity file, disciplinary action file for all units.
∎ Maintain liaison with managers of different factories & liaison with BGMEA, BKMEA and govt. Office
∎ Discuss and negotiate with the management regarding non-compliance findings with the Internal/External Social Compliance Audit especially where financial involvement is necessary, prepare compliance related manual, guide books for the company.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel)
∎ Excellent command in English both speaking and writing
∎ Ability to work methodically and accurately
∎ Creativity for developing new ideas and solving problems
