Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Physically door-to-door visit for client hunting·
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
∎ Handle client inquiries, follow up on leads, and conduct site visits.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients and property investors.·
∎ Actively promote to prospective buyers.
∎ Assist clients with the booking process and ensure the required documentation.
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
