Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting of all machineries.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow-up routine for scheduled machines maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance, rout cause analysis etc.
∎ To monitor both routine and preventive maintenance functions of Cutting, Sewing, Auxiliary machines.
∎ To develop work aid based on the needs of IE department and supports in achieving rapid style changeover.
∎ To participate in PP meeting to find machine technical issues as well as to review available resources slots
∎ Conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the department.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors.
∎ Should be able to control, train & educate under command maintenance team members.
∎ To communicate regularly with all maintenance Team, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.
∎ To communicate with the suppliers for rent machines and spare as and when required basis.
∎ Perform to root cause analysis accordingly to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all machines of factory.
∎ Implementation of policies, procedures across the production team with regards to preventive maintenance system & equipment’s
∎ Able to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
∎ Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to the management on regular basis accordingly.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have good communication skill
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
