Responsibilities & Context:
Follow-up shift-wise production of knitting.
Maintaining buyer-wise proper documentation and production records.
To develop New Sample Need to Confirm Yarn Count ,M/C Dia. Ensure production as per given advance planning.
Knitting program set up according to the buyer`s order.
To check knitting parameters like yarn count, machine dia, gauge, stitch length, etc.
Allocating machines considering Buyer and shipment dates. Daily work with ERP software .
Maintain Grey fabric delivery plan.
Root Cause identification and solution of knitting, dyeing, and finishing-related problems during bulk production.
Ensure that Compliance Programs are followed and maintained by reviewing routine and spot-check reports, and taking corrective action for any deficiencies to eliminate safety hazards.
