Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure production of quality tea and rubber in the fields.
∎ Manage stakeholder (workers and others related in various functions).
∎ Continuously strive to improve production through efficiency and application of modern methods.
∎ Maintain competitive edge in the industry.
∎ Work full-time and live in tea estates in Moulvibazar and Hobiganj.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
