∎ Ensure production of quality tea and rubber in the estates.
∎ Manage stakeholders (workers and other related in various functions).
∎ Continuously strive to improve production through efficiency and application of modern methods.
∎ Maintain competitive edge in the industry.
∎ Full-time functions and live in estates in Moulvibazar and Habiganj.
∎ Full-time career with a leading multinational company in the country producing quality tea and rubber for over 160 years in greater Sylhet region.
∎ Ensure production of quality tea and rubber in the estates.
∎ Manage stakeholders (workers and other related in various functions).
