Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up to whole accessories store, Yarn Store, General & Spare parts Store in a large Sweater Factory.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all received goods and inform SCM/Merchandiser if
∎ Found any discrepancy.
∎ Time to time reporting about goods quality to concern merchandiser.
∎ Ensure all received all type of challan posting on register and ERP.
∎ Regularly follow up storage system and store concern involvement with storage works.
∎ Receive and issue all materials through ERP & inform to related Department.
∎ Receive and issue all kinds of interlining, Carton, mobile tape, Scotch tape,
∎ Follow up to order wise Yarn, accessories in-house and inform merchandiser about balance accessories.
∎ Check all MRR and ensure all supplier bill submission to accounts on time.
∎ Ensure delivery to production on time.
∎ Communicate with commercial about imported materials.
∎ Follow up to daily shipment and communicate with commercial and finishing.
∎ Follow company’s rules and regulation properly along with associates.
∎ Always maintain customer/buyer’s requirements and following GPQ rules.
∎ Any other works as & when required by the management.
