Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquisition new business opportunity with government agencies.
∎ Have to perform regular field visits to different NGO's, Donor Agencies for opportunity.
∎ Identifies new opportunities for business to engage high-level government officials.
∎ Develop & Maintain existing govt. clients.
∎ Have to prepare documents and regular updates.
∎ Need to perform regular meeting, presentation and discussions with Ministries / govt. agency in order to perform sales of SSL product and services.
∎ Searching RFP/RFQ/EOI/Tender schedule on daily newspaper.
∎ Need to regularly execution of business proposal / bids within the deadline.
∎ Need to execute sales target plan; which is assigned by the management.
∎ Develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with government leaders and heads of trade and industry associations.
∎ Weekly, Monthly sales report submitted to Manager.
∎ Provides market information and competitor strength and weakness report to manager.
∎ Coordinates work assignments and requests from colleagues/customers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Five (05) to Seven (07) years' experience in relevant field. Minimum One (02) years' experience in relevant execution position.
∎ Skills / Knowledge:
∎ Familiar with the basic rules of business of GOB
∎ Skilled in networking and relationship building as a means of learning and influencing change
∎ Excellent negotiation skills to deal with stakeholders
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Excellent writing, presentation and public speaking skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Have prior working experience in IT enable Service Company.
∎ Must be a team player and can get along with the co-workers.
∎ Must be punctual, well-groomed and have good manners.
∎ Must be able to prioritize tasks to finish the assigned projects within the given timeline.
∎ Must be innovative, easygoing, hardworking and compliant with business ethics.
