∎ Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Spinning)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production planning and distribute production target according to machines, workforce and buyers requirement.
∎ Monitor overall production to ensure maximum productivity as per production planning.
∎ Ensure production of quality goods as per order specifications of buyers.
∎ Conduct regular inspections in all areas of production.
∎ Developing summary reports as per managements requirement of Raw cotton stock, Yarn stock, Work in process etc.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly wastage analysis report.
∎ Prepare monthly MIS report and submit to the Management.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely data collection, analysis and reporting of production data.
∎ Prepare daily & monthly machine breakdown data analysis.
∎ Data collection from all the department, check, analysis, compile data & report according to the organizational requirement.
∎ Sharing & submit report to the management.
∎ Will be responsible for whole department.
∎ Any other assigned duty by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates needs to have experience on production of various Cotton, Blended & Fancy yarn.
