∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve set targets.
∎ The applicants should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Ability to handle clients and provide them project information over the telephone.
∎ Responsible for direct prospect visit out of the office.
∎ To visit the land project with the client for their quires and satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after sales officials formalities i.e. to check application form, to prepare payment schedule, to prepare the deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.
∎ Work in the marketing team as an active member and maintain individual visit to clients to flowed by ensure sales. Take effective marketing and sales visits to public and private Institutions.
∎ Work with month to month sales target and became example for other to follow as a successful target achiever.
∎ Ability to work with responsibility.
∎ Any other assign work of the company's management instruction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have the overall knowledge of the real estate sector including sales, marketing etc.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office.

Salary: Negotiable
