Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline
∎ MBA in Marketing from any reputed University will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet targets set by management
∎ Help and achieve buyer nominations
∎ Work with responsibility for obtaining an order to the production of goods to realization of payment
∎ Have knowledge about the raw materials of packaging.
∎ Communicate with customer and maintain long-term business relation, ability to develop a strong network with clients with self-motivation.
∎ Development and Implementation of Sales & Marketing plan for the Packaging & Printing
∎ Ensure all kinds of needful to meet individual and team marketing target.
∎ Identify the strategies and policies with the implementation to increase order.
∎ Motivate and guide marketing team to achieve revenue target.
∎ Develop creative marketing technique and tracts to meet business goals.
∎ Analyze the competitors' market data and report submitted to the Management.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in any corrugated carton marketing will be preferred
∎ Should be strong analytical skills, organizational skills, Leadership skills, result oriented and work collaborator.
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Well conversant MS-Office

Salary: Negotiable
