Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Masters/ Graduate from any well-reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Market Research, Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing sufficient sales lead generation for conversion into monthly targeted sales.
∎ Plan and implement an effective sales drives that ensures monthly sales and revenue target.
∎ Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
∎ Maintain an effective communication with prospects/customers that ensures company’s interest.
∎ Build strong relationship with prospects and customers.
∎ Prepare sales reports as per guideline of the department and maintain inventory control.
∎ Ensure that sales leads/ prospects information is maintained accurately in the prospects database.
∎ Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as deemed necessary for the department by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 year(s) for Asst. Manger and 3 year(s) for Sr. Executive in real estate sales
∎ Preference will get who has solid experience in Land/Plot Sales.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry.
∎ Experience in a reputed real-estate company specially township projects.
∎ Good understanding on Land / Plot sales documentations and materials.
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ Ensure timely & smooth execution of the projects.
∎ Smart, energetic and should have stress tolerance power, formal presentation skills, working experience in team and should be can do attitude proactively.
Salary: Negotiable
