Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Location: Job Posting will be at site at Purbachal.
∎ 1) Implement all construction work of Innovative Holdings Ltd.
∎ 2) Will be responsible for construction work i.e.: Road Network, Water Supply & Sewerage Network and any other utility network and Plotting of Purbachal East Wood City.
∎ 3) Liaison with all party concerned i.e.: town planar, architect, designer, engineer, contractor, supplier, etc.
∎ 4) Ability to handle big project/construction site individually.
∎ 5) To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ 6) To ensure standard of quality of works according to specification.
∎ 7) To maintain records of work done by contractors.
∎ 8) Scheduling, controlling and reporting of project work progress to the Chairman.
∎ 9) Update daily project work activity to the Chairman.
∎ 10) Fulfilling project information by proper feedback from concern department.
∎ 11) Must have knowledge for getting approval of various departments as per govt. rules.
∎ 12) Any other jobs assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Must have working experience in LAND Development Projects.
