Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive (Marketing and Sales) who has experience in Door, Door Frame, Furniture and Interior Sector.
∎ The candidate should have at least 5 to 10 years of proven experience in marketing of Door, Door Frame, Interior, Furniture sector, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledge on Door and Door Frame, Furniture and Interior business and Present market scenario.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve target.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Able to communicate with the wide network of different professionals/business men and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customers queries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
