Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview: Leading Edge is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive for its Corporate Sales Department. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication, sales, and networking skills to promote our Office and Commercial Furniture, Metal Furniture. The ideal candidate will focus on brand awareness, lead generation, and driving sales growth through strategic field marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze trends, potential customers, and competitors.

Client Relationship & Field Marketing:

  • Visit markets regularly to build relationships with Interior firms, Architectural Firms, Corporate Houses, Multinational Company, and related businesses.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of product offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns efficiently.

Market Strategy & Negotiation:

  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Strengthen negotiation skills to close high-value deals.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align sales objectives.

Leadership & Growth Potential:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a managerial role.
  • Maintain a well-established network within interior design, construction, and related industries.
