Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proven working experience as a Real Estate Sales Person or Real Estate Agent.
∎ Proven track of successful sales record in Plot sales & commercial space sales.
∎ Find the prospective Client by door-to-door field visit.
∎ Arrange project visit for the client as per requirement.
∎ Contacting potential & existing customers on the phone call.
∎ Create successful sales strategy for the organization within the constraints of a certain budget,
∎ Targets, and deadlines.
∎ Create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and feedback to the Supervisor on regular basis.
∎ To gather information about possible clients, work closely with real estate and housing agents.
∎ Proper customer follow-up up until the sale is completed.
∎ Create a database of prospective clients and maintain database for reporting.
∎ Have the liaison with Government Dignitaries if required.
∎ Promote the company's products, including its plots, apartments, and commercial space.
∎ Team members should be routinely followed up.
∎ Attend meeting with the team members.
∎ Coordinating with customer influencers.
∎ Project presentation to the potential customer in the office & in the project site.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Local Knowledge, Negotiation Skill, Real Estate, Strong communication skills.
∎ Skills Required: Group of Companies, Real estate companies.
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) in the area of sales and marketing in housing and real estate businesses.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Housing Company, and Real Estate Developer Companies.
∎ Must have good presentation and public speaking Skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Should have a positive and to-do attitude.
∎ Must be Target Oriented.
