Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc engineering degree / MBA with at least 3 years specific experience in sales & Marketing as an engineer/Assistant engineer in Elevator & Escalator Company.( Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced and skilled candidate)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching for new clients and relationships with existing customers. Set up the marketing planning, roadmap the marketing sourcing of prospective customers for Elevator & Escalator
∎ Searching potential customers by regularly market visit.
∎ Responsible for door to door sales to increase revenue from sales.
∎ Collect order and ensure on time product delivery.
∎ Collect client information in a systematic way and build a strong relationship with customers.
∎ The candidate has to be able to handle the market and strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
∎ Plan, develop and execute innovative marketing plans to establish a growing brand in order to achieve overall sales targets in terms of volume, revenue and profitability of Company's products.
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly market report on sales.
∎ Follow up exclusive clients regularly.
∎ Follow-up daily sales report.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
∎ Any others professional responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director time to time as when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel & Autocad etc))
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales Commission, Two festival bonuses & Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
