∎ Graduation/Post Graduate; MBA major in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visits customers offices regular basis to maintain and develop good relationship with customers and to obtain orders to fulfil product wise sales quota.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its customers.
∎ Achieving monthly and annual Sales quotas by successfully implementing sales & marketing strategies.
∎ Handling customers questions, inquiries and complaints.
∎ Identifying new customers & orders on a continuous basis by scouting the market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The successful candidate will also have:
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem- solving, presentation & organizational skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
∎ Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
∎ Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
∎ Last but not the least; the candidate should have work experience in facing the customers.
∎ Essentials:
∎ Minimum 5 years' work experience in similar organization as sales officer.
∎ Good operating knowledge in computer applications.
∎ Should be able to join immediately.
∎ Behavioral:
∎ Strong team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.
