∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong leadership quality to manage the branch.
∎ Must have interest and experience in maintaining a Team.
∎ Identify new customer groups.
∎ Conduct campaigns for the company's products and services.
∎ Contract signing process with new customers.
∎ Implement target-based sales plans.
∎ Achieve monthly sales target.
∎ Reporting to the team leader on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
∎ Committed to customer-oriented thinking.
∎ Identify new partner & Business (ISP, Reseller, Corporate Office, Bank, etc.).
∎ Monitoring of sales and activities of Corporate, Partner/Reseller, and ISP.
∎ Conceptual selling skills, creativity, innovation, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills, ability to handle pressure, and comfortable working in a team.
∎ Monitoring market activities as per company requirements and following up on all the sales activities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients.
∎ Assist with multiple teams and projects ensuring that project goals are achieved according to
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the departmental head.
∎ Understanding the client's requirement and then customizing the product/services as per their needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any public or private university.
∎ Good communication, presentation skills, and hard work.
∎ Minimum 5 - 10 years of working experience in the ISP / IIG Industry is an advantage.
∎ Experience in operating in the Zone/Branch he/she is applying for.
∎ Collaborate with the technical and business teams to manage and deliver projects in a timely manner.
∎ Must have experience on B2B planning and management.
