Job Context:
∎ Bio-Xin Cosmeceutials is looking for "Beauty with Brain" strong persona with clear understanding of Sales and Operation, with an eagle eye confident to be a brand presenter.
∎ Work Station: Bio-Xin Skin Care Clinic, Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of sales strategy considering the current market trend, consumer behavior, and annual business plan for the demarcated segment as well as individual sales personnel in consultation with reporting authority.
∎ Administer individual employee sales (TIJEIS) of assigned sales in a proper manner which ensures individual growth and target achievement, analyzes team performance to identify skill gaps as well as training needs for desired performance
∎ Meet the Branch revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution with extended standard skill, capability, and customer focus.
∎ Achieve Sales target and build up the relationship with the clients as well as the team member.
∎ Managing customer complains; identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings
∎ Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
∎ Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
∎ Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback
∎ Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
∎ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
∎ Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
∎ Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
∎ Positive mindset and ability to work with under pressure.
∎ Assist branch manager regarding operational issue.
∎ Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Streetwise females are encouraged to apply
∎ Experience with relevant field will get preference.
∎ Target orientation & proactive approach is MUST!
∎ Duty time 1 lam 8pm,weekly6 days
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
