Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding dealer networks.
Strong understanding of different gadgets & accessories and retail dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of ERP tools will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify, develop, and implement new retail business opportunities for gadgets and accessories, aligned with company goals and consumer trends.
- Lead the setup of gadgets & accessories sales counters in existing service centers to increase revenue channels.
- Onboard new dealers and build sustainable partnerships to drive market expansion.
- Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings to ensure optimal sales coverage and performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, revenue growth, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely stock availability at retail points.
- Propose and execute promotional activities to increase retail sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and service center teams.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to management on business development initiatives and progress.
- Strong mindset to work for target base sales and generate revenue as per management instructions.
