Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have capability to develop new fabric & ideas.
∎ R&D booking and collecting swatches for lab dip preparation, knitting, dyeing and finishing.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with Lab Dip Department, Knitting Department, Finishing and Heat Set Department.
∎ Should have knowledge skills & expertise on the structure of knitted fabrics, yarn count gauge and special finished fabric & those performance.
∎ Must have clear concept on production technique of finishing.
∎ Should have strong communication skill to maintain good relationship with merchants & buyers.
∎ Must have to discuss about any new fabric development issue with buyers/merchants.
∎ To share and discuss about technical information with bulk team after fabric development.
