Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Engineering
∎ Minimum B.Sc (Footwear Engineering & Technology) is preferable
∎ or
∎ Graduation from any discipline with required practical experience
∎ Training/Trade Course: Footwear RD
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Factory based job.
∎ Factory location at Ashulia, Savar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and review strategic planning, policy and SOP for R&D
∎ To prepare pattern, consumption & samples costing as per as sample/ specification sheet, buyers requirement and follow the buyer's sample/ spec sheet.
∎ Manage the sample process, finalizing samples as per buyer's requirement documentation and and communicate any revisions accordingly.
∎ Communicate with buyers (Local & Abroad), suppliers (Local & Abroad), merchandisers, store, procurement, production team to make the correct sample.
∎ Deal with all sampling stages up to production run, production technical supports for smooth production.
∎ Materials quality & specification check, report & finalizing swatches, Knife order, check, report & take action accordingly.
∎ Grading & confirmation, trial run. Printing, embossing designs. Production patterns SOP & show boards or any required support.
∎ Controlling, supervision and monitoring manpower
∎ Preparing various reports and future plan., controlling, motivation of the department, future action plan, reports, work plan according to schedule & requirements, co-ordination with other departments.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Superiors / Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is a must. Good knowledge in Ms Word, Ms Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive salary package will be offered for suitable candidates.Salary will be increased after successful completion of 6 months probation period.
