∎ 7 to 11 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person have to organize his team as per Organogram of the company.
∎ Assign the QA people in the various place to ensure 100% quality assurance of the fabrics.
∎ To ensure the better Grey fabric's quality at sample & bulk stage.
∎ Follow up the quality parameter of yarn & knit fabrics as per requirement & SOP.
∎ Handle all the QC issue instantly and make report to Quality Head time to time.
∎ SOP set-up & maintain the requirement on grey fabric inspection & shade management.
∎ Maintain the QA manual, QA report, QA format of the company.
∎ Follow the company policy, buyer’s special requirement and machines criteria.
∎ Maintain record of all QC issues for any ready reference.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, Planning & QA team to get the corrective actions.
∎ Co-ordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Strong follow up on problem during yarn test, greige inspection, dyeing shade QC, final inspection, testing lab etc.
∎ Assist to reduce fabric rejection @ 100% & increase the best fabric's delivery for dyeing.
∎ Need to organize the factory knitting production by supporting the standard QA policy of the company.
∎ Develop a team who will be overall responsible of the company's knitting quality.
∎ Need to arrange effective training session for his team on a regular basis.
∎ Report on any deviation in QA system to Head of Quality Dept.
∎ Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Able to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Having Good presentation and interpersonal communication skill
∎ Computer application in MS Office and internet browsing is must
