Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform & Monitor test of incoming materials and ensure as per SOP with report.
∎ Perform & Monitor test of intermediate products & finished products (Battery) and ensure as per SOP with report.
∎ Perform & monitor Spectro Lab operation, Plate & Battery Testing instruments/Equipment.
∎ Perform Instrument & Equipment Calibration§  Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
∎ Communicate quality standards and parameters to QA team as well as related departments.
∎ Coordinate materials & battery testing processes.
∎ Participate in battery testing.
∎ Monitor all testing related battery manufacturing that affect the quality.
∎ Perform & monitoring ERP operation
∎ Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
∎ Review customer and user feedback.
∎ Make diagnosis report of market returned battery.§  Perform other duties as assigned.
∎ Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship.
∎ Assure the reliability and consistency of product’s quality by checking processes and final output.
∎ Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the development & application of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
∎ Job Description:
