Responsibilities & Context:
ParaSole Footwear Ltd. (a sister concern of Paragon Group) is looking for dynamic and experienced candidate for the position of Asst. Manager (Production) for its export oriented synthetic/sports footwear factory, located at Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibility:
Review & develop process, policy and strategy of production system.
Handling production operation with efficient planning and on time delivery.
Experience in cutting, sewing, assembling and finishing of synthetic shoes.
Dealing with production layout plan, production planning, manpower planning, etc.
Trouble shooting of sport shoes.
Meet the compliance deadline.
Ensure quality of shoes at the supplier end through SOP.
Prepare various reports.
Any other assignment given by the management.
