Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university. IBA, NSU, BRAC, AIUB, IUB, EWU will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage agile product development process from a product management perspective
∎ Execute and develop and product strategy in line with corporate vision.
∎ Develop and sustain a comprehensive comprehension of the product, market, and competition.
∎ Construct and deploy product plans that are in line with the company's vision and knowledge of its product, market, and competition. Make sure the product is accurately positioned and prepare a strategy for taking it to market.
∎ Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams and use it to inform the development of requirements, features and products.
∎ Analyze the prospects of partnering with other products and take the lead in integrating our own with other leading industry systems.
∎ Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision.
∎ Manage a product's entire lifecycle, from idealization to sunset, with accountability for ensuring that deliverables are understood and versions are provided on time.
∎ Train salespeople, other divisions, and other product employees on a continuing basis as part of the broader product organization to ensure the new product is implemented smoothly.
∎ Will see to it that the company's guides, FAQs, and other paperwork are kept up to date.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in Tech Company will be preferred.
∎ Basic understanding of UI/UX Design and Figma
∎ In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for product development.
∎ Excellent leadership, speaking, and communication abilities.
∎ Excellent time-management and organizing abilities.
∎ A creative mind with a goal and attention to detail.
∎ Capacity to collaborate and work autonomously.
∎ Strong logical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Advanced skills in Excel.
