• Diploma
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry

• Age 28 to 38 years

• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented and able to multitask effectively

• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure

• Good communication and creative thinking skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Work experience in the Agro industry is preferable

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including raw material (RM) purchase planning, vendor management, and requisition processing in line with SOPs.

• Manage both import and local commercial operations, including sourcing, documentation, shipment coordination, logistics, and alignment with production requirements.

• Handle complete LC operations through close coordination with banks and internal finance teams.

• Prepare, review, and validate all commercial and shipping documents; manage customs clearance, VAT, tax, and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with banks, C&F agents, transporters, shipping lines, suppliers, DLS, internal stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

• Drive raw material procurement efficiency by ensuring competitive pricing, quality assurance, supplier performance, and cost optimization.

• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with suppliers for both LC-based and local purchases.
