Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for entire process of production, Order Negotiating & building relation with new buyers & suppliers.
∎ Capable to run garment factory independently.
∎ Capable to run merchandising team strongly to ensure on time delivery.
∎ New Buyer development.
∎ Capable to handle international customers.
∎ New Product development and offer to existing customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong English written and oral communication skills
∎ Strong Analytical skills
∎ The ability to deliver under pressure
∎ Leadership and team management skills
∎ Candidate should be prepared for long working hours
∎ Must have the capability to manage production smoothly.
∎ Good communication and relationship skills required.
∎ Computer knowledge required.
∎ Self Motivated & motivate merchandising team.
∎ Experience in handling H&M, Benetton, Zara & C&A (Woven Bottom & Jackets) Orders.

Salary: Negotiable
