∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Support to Achieve/ exceed targeted business in Wholesale channel
∎ Assist in making business plan weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonally and yearly and implement accordingly
∎ Co-ordination with production and sales for smooth supply of goods
∎ Production planning and monitoring both factory and sourcing
∎ Establish representative product line in different categories to enable NRSD channel to achieve sales target
∎ Negotiate best prices and conditions in order to achieve company goals of Gross & Net margin upon in the yearly operational plan and monitor distributions of articles of different categories
∎ Plan monthly promotions with marketing and advertising
∎ Visit wholesale market and Distribution point, depots, DSP stores and needs of Bata product line and analyze competitors' products
∎ Achieve aged stock according to company standard (more than 12 months)
∎ Perform stock planning according to sale trend
∎ Supply schedule of good according to seasonal effect
∎ Assist in yearly budget planning

∎ Capability to liaison with sales channel
