∎ • Must have minimum 5 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
∎ • 2/3 years working experience in a hospital Marketing Team
∎ • Smart, Good looking, Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence.
∎ • Team player with leadership qualities.
∎ • Advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc.
∎ • Might require to complete tasks outside working hours to the extent necessary to carry out her/his duties
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ AMZ Hospital Ltd is envisions a network of quality, patient-centered one-stop outpatient and Inpatient health centers offering family doctors, including women's health, outpatient department with visiting specialists, comprehensive diagnostic lab, including advanced imaging, and pharmacy.
∎ Dhaka (North Badda)
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Regular market visit (Doctors, Diagnostics, Travel Agency, School / College, Corporate Office and Others)
∎ • Coordinate sales officer’s activity and reports accordingly.
∎ • Search for different vendors for promotional activity.
∎ • Coordinate printings and other promotional materials with vendors and reports to respective Departments.
∎ • Search for new sales opportunities and act as per guidelines to boost up sales.
∎ • Liaison with the local prominent doctor, business institutes and office.
∎ • Search for new business opportunity.
∎ • Perform any other comparable job assigned by immediate supervisor or Department Head.
∎ • Managing relationships with the media and wider community. Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the validity of new ones.
∎ • To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet. Leaflets, handbills, brochure and other relative materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof – reading etc.
∎ • To executive the various activities planned as per the phase wise marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshop Champs, Patient Education Program and Life-Style Management Program etc.
∎ • To explore newer geographical area new markets for customer target for hospital.
∎ • To do regular fieldwork to understand and develop sound marketing plan.
∎ • Monthly detail report of the activity should be submitted to the management by through Dept Head.
∎ • Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities assigned.
