∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Business graduate/ MBA (Marketing) from any reported university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advertising & Promotion, Brand Communication, Brand Planning/ Development, Event/ Campaign Co-ordinator, Media Planning/ Media Buying
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the brand and brand communication team.
∎ Understand the digital eco-system and ensure the maximum ROI from digital activities.
∎ Develop communication strategy for different media vehicle with concentration the brand positioning.
∎ Able to give input in brand communication as per the guidelines.
∎ Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements.
∎ Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions.
∎ Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers
∎ Employ knowledge of company goals in carrying out marketing operations
∎ Establish good working relationships and rapport with sales team to ensure continued patronage.
∎ Support marketing managers in the development of marketing strategies to set Eicher brand positioning in consumer mind to take maximum share.
∎ Coordinate with BTL team to stablish similar brand positioning in all the media and activities.
∎ Conduct surveys to determine possible reception of a new product by a target market
∎ Write statements and press releases for the promotion of product/services on media channels
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to management on the results and activities of marketing teams.
∎ Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary
∎ Monitor the team performance and assign task to team member as per organizational and departmental objective.
∎ Should be very good in data analysis, data interpretation, data modeling, process improvement and presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating with media.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
