Job Context
We are Looking for Energetic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person to Employ as Asst. Manager/ Deputy Manager/ Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has the Experience in Achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE & HOUSING COMPANY. Must have 4-7 years proven experience working in reputed and well-established Real Estate companies.
Job Responsibilities
Corporate Sales/ Marketing.
Have to sales Land, Plot and Flat.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Responsible for achieving the sales target of the company.
Prepare report as required by management.
Corporate Marketing, Project visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
Build a strong relationship with customer.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
